Short description of Hatha yoga class:

Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures and breathing exercises. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

Short description of Agni / Detox yoga class:

Agni is the term used to define "digestive fire". Agni improves digestion helping us to get all the nutrients from the food we eat, but also it cleanses the organs of toxins. Moreover, Agni is closely related to the immune system and mental health. Agni Yoga exercises increase metabolism, have a regulatory effect on musculoskeletal system and on breath. Through the concentration and relaxation exercises you will be able to reduce stress and calm your mind.
A strong agni means healthy appetite, high tolerance for cold water, plenty of energy and strong immune system!

Short description of Happy spine class:

It consists of the 5 major movements that the spine makes (flexion, extension, rotation, side bending/lateral flexion and axial extension) put in a smooth flow of the body, from one yoga pose to the next through the power of breathing. It is more an intuitive yoga. The “happy spine” routine will help you improve and maintain healthy movement, flexibility and strength of the spine.

Short description of Yin yoga class:

Yin yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but simple doesn't necessarily means easy. A Yin Yoga class consists of body postures that are focused on increasing the flexibility of joints and unblock the meridians (energy channels) for a better circulation of energy and blood. Yin Yoga is especially dedicated for the ligaments, bones and the joints of the body that normally are not exercised this much in other styles of yoga. That’s why Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga! Most of the postures are relaxing and soft but actually a yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures from 1 up to 4-5 minutes at least, or even more!
Another big benefit of yin yoga is that it gives you the abillity to live in the present moment, having the chance to deeply explore what actually is happening right now.


Flying yoga

I would like to present you the "Omni Gym Yoga Hammock" which is a swing that takes your exercise regimen to whole new levels! The overall effect of striving to maintain one’s balance, equilibrium and awareness while performing swing yoga, suspension fitness or aerial play forces the complete integration and use of our neuro-muscular-skeletal system. Physical fitness and dexterity improve, and cerebral functions will benefit as well.
The therapeutic benefits are numerous. Hanging upside down unloads the spine; relieving pressure on nerve roots due to poor postural habits, lack of proper stretching and exercise, injury or trauma and the effects of gravity on our own body weight. Inversion alleviates muscle tension, neck and back pain, promotes increased joint mobility, flexibility, relaxation and increased circulation of blood, lymph and energy. It is an anti-stress and anti-aging practice that we also like to call a “natural botox.” Inversion is one of the key tools Chiropractors and Physical Therapists use to treat neck and back pain. Think of the Omni Gym system as your own personal physician when it comes to spinal health.
